英官方確認恢復PSW留學生工簽！

12月19日，英國政府在議會上公布了新的移民白皮書，其中提到在英畢業(yè)的國際留學生（學士、碩士、博士學位）可得到更長的簽證時間，留在英國找工作。

相關部分白皮書內(nèi)容如下：

The White Paper proposals will also ensure there is no limit on the number ofgenuine international stuents, who can come to the UK to stuy. Proposalsexten the time they can stay post-stuy to fin employment to six monthsfor those who have complete a bachelor's or master's egree an 12 monthsfor those who have complete a PhD.

英國內(nèi)政大臣薩吉德·賈維德（Saji Javi）在下議院提出，英國未來將重視以技能為基礎的移民制度，取消世界各地高技術移民的上限，并改善國際學生在英國找工作的條件。

什么是PSW簽證？

PSW（Post-stuy work）visa，它旨在讓擁有本科學士學位、研究生碩士學位、博士學位的國際留學生，在畢業(yè)之后，有時間在英國找工作或者開展商業(yè)活動。

但是這個簽證，曾在2012年4月被現(xiàn)任首相特雷莎·梅取消了（當時梅姨還是內(nèi)政大臣）…在此以前，來英國留學的海外學生在畢業(yè)后可以向英國移民局申請時長為2年的PSW簽證，畢業(yè)生不需要任何的擔保，擁有該簽證的學生在英國沒有任何工作限制，也不一定非要找到工作。

新政策對學生的影響

在這份長達166頁的白皮書中，寧然咨詢師摘取了其中幾點關于學生方面，比較重點的內(nèi)容：

針對免簽英國國家的學生，在新政之后，需獲得電子授權才可進入英國。

Following the recent MAC report on stuents, we inten to improve the current

offer to those who have complete a egree who want to stay on in the UK to work afterthey have complete their stuies, by offering six months post-stuy leave to allmaster's stuents, an bachelor's stuents stuying at an institution with egreeawaring powers - giving them more time to fin permanent skille work an to worktemporarily uring that perio. Those who have complete a PhD will have a year.

學士學位、碩士學位在畢業(yè)后可得到6個月的簽證時間，在英國找工作；博士畢業(yè)生將得到一年的時間。

英國將允許讀本科或本科以上的學生在課程結束前，把他們的簽證轉為技術工簽（期限3個月），對于已經(jīng)畢業(yè)離開英國的，在2年內(nèi)，仍可申請此簽證。

取消工簽數(shù)量的上限

允許澳大利亞、加拿大、日本、新西蘭、美國、新加坡、韓國的公民在入境英國時與歐盟和英國公民一起入境。（持中國護照入境英國時，還是要走非歐盟通道，大家不要走錯了）

新策的執(zhí)行時間

新的移民與邊境政策將在2021年分階段開始實行，所以今年、明年入學的小伙伴們可以嘗試在畢業(yè)后申請由由上面提到的3個月期限簽證~
