Well, it probably depends on the age groups of audiences in my country. For old people, regimen programmes are the most prevalent kind since the majority of elders would like to find out the way to live long and healthily. As for youngsters, variety shows are likely to be their favourite and the most popular kind of TV programmes due to the great fun they can have. In addition, the most popular kind of TV programmes for children is animation in which they are usually exhilarated.
